All donations made to Dharmyog Foundation are considered final and non-cancellable. Once a donation is successfully processed, it cannot be withdrawn or cancelled by the donor. This is because your contribution is immediately directed towards ongoing welfare projects, medical aid, educational support, environmental programs, and other critical services.
If you believe that a donation was made in error (for example: duplicate transaction, incorrect amount, or technical issue), please email us at dharmyogfoundation2012@gmail.com within 48 hours of the transaction. Our team will verify the case and do our best to resolve it appropriately.
In case you have registered for a specific event, campaign, or wellness program hosted by Dharmyog Foundation and are unable to attend, please notify us as early as possible. While participation fees (if any) are generally non-refundable, exceptions may be made at the discretion of the management.
